We have Open Session times specifically for drop ins. You're welcome to come visit and check us out anytime but we likely will have scheduled classes and/or training sessions occurring. You can also reach out to us via phone, text, or Whatsapp to schedule your own private session if you want to work one-on-one with a coach.
Open Sessions are where you, the client, are practicing on your own for up to 3 hours. You tell us what you want to work on, ie spring floor, boxing, etc., and we set the Gym up for your needs. There is a coach available for assistance and general advice and they may be tending to multiple clients at a time. Open Session is a good option for someone who wants to practice a skill and needs the specialized equipment we can provide.
Private Sessions are where you work exclusively with a coach on a planned lesson in the discipline of your choosing. They work one-on-one with you to reach your goals. You have the coach's undivided attention and they are there for teaching, modeling, spotting, running dills, and skills practice. Private sessions are a good option if you want to learn something new, practice in a safe and supportive environment, and reach your goals as quickly as possible.
We offer classes for children starting at 1.5 years old through teens. We also offer classes for women. We have Open Sessions for 6 months+ for Mommy and Me once a week, and Open Sessions for adults only 5 times per week.
For private sessions, we service any age. It's never too early, or too late, to start learning something new!
